The City of Winston Public Works department will be conducting emergency sewer mainline replacement that will restrict access to both BiMart’s main entrance, and access to NW Cary Street off of Douglas Boulevard.
Detours will be in place. Access to BiMart will be detoured to NW Civil Bend Avenue, while access to NW Cary St. from Douglas Blvd. will be detoured to NW Brantley Drive. Pipe-bursting of 310 feet of sewer mainline will begin February 23 and take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Your patience is appreciated during this time.
