Residents are advised that an individual maybe going door-to-door in your neighborhood and representing themselves as a City of Winston Public Works employee. Please read the information below to verify the identity of anyone claiming to work on behalf of the City.

The City of Winston Public Works Department wants to keep residents informed and safe. It has come to our attention that an individual-who may be a former Public Works employee – may be going door-to-door in residential areas and maybe presenting a city-issued form of identification. We encourage all residents to carefully verify the credentials of anyone claiming to represent the City before allowing access to your property or sharing any personal information.
