- The Winston City Council will meet for two meetings on May 19, 2025. The first is a workshop to discuss information gathered at the recent League of Oregon Cities conference. The second, a regular council meeting. Both meetings will be held in the council chambers at City Hall, 201 NW Douglas Blvd. Workshop at 6. Regular meeting at 7.
